Serve as the point of contact between the program team and our regular vendors such as AV contractors and City of Boulder for liquor permits.
The position will be housed out of the Boulder JCC and may have frequent meetings out of the office in coffee shops, or shared workspaces, etc.
Assist in coordinating the external and internal rental/reservation calendarBecome adept at maximizing the use of the Boulder JCC facility and grounds
Support implementation of events held outside of school for the clubs Ensure there are Jewish lenses, connections, and relevant context included in each club.
Work with the Program Director and Boulder JCC Farmers prior to the start of summer to start planning programs
