Responsibilities vary and are based upon the needs of the area and the experience of the incumbent at the time of employment.
Assigns work to support staff associates, performs quality review checking of their work, and monitors team workload to ensure standards are maintained.
Use the various systems of the department/company to complete research and gain sufficient knowledge of the claims system and how it relates to other systems.
This is a part- time position (approximately 27 hours per week) with extensive training on-site in Columbia, SC.
Another critical area of focus and responsibility will be to act as a trusted talent advisor with internal customers and external partners.
