· Working knowledge of motivational interviewing and in-depth knowledge of the stages of change and how to apply the knowledge in a treatment setting.
+ Must have the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups and residents and people at all organizational levels, and from various community sectors.
This position serves as an employment trainer and coordinator that connects program consumers with resources and opportunities that promote self-sufficiency.
Must be able to complete the Family Development Credential program within 18 months of employment with Action for a Better Community, Inc. Head Start.
