You get to work with our amazing customer success team and will report directly to our Customer Success Team Lead. Our Customer Success Associates are product experts who will help drive the success of industry-leading brands on the Narvar platform.
You’ll also create thought leadership content that would be at home in leading business publications such as Fast Company, Wired, HBR, and TechCrunch, as well as industry trade publications and the Narvar website.
As a Senior technical writer, you will make it easy for our customers to onboard, integrate and use Narvar products with easy to grok and contextual documentation.
What will you be doing: Craft a coherent data product strategy on how Narvar can leverage all of its existing data and what new data sources Narvar should integrate with to create a defensible moat and identify new product opportunities
