The Problem Resolution Specialist position is found in departments throughout ARUP and can have special duties specific to the department.

Ensure compliance with those regulatory guidelines that ARUP and Healthcare is required to adhere to and keep up to date on changes to these guidelines that will impact the existing information security programs that are in place.
Minimum experience/skills required: + Three years of high complexity clinical laboratory experience, one of which must be at ARUP. + OR five years of experience with an instrumentation manufacturer as a Field Service Engineer.
