Oversee and conduct recruitment of attorneys to become ESVE pro bono attorneys and pro bono mentors in the first year and work with ERA staff to map out a 3-year strategic growth plan for the pro bono network;
We are looking for a person committed to recruiting and coaching a cadre of amazing volunteers to be the best advocates they can be, as well as positively impacting the advocacy efforts of our program.
