Line Cook Job Description
Follow Orders from Supervisors Lead line cooks are tasked with various duties as they come in, which are assigned by either the head chef or the supervisor.
It s the lead line cook s responsibility to ensure that these regulations and standards are met at all times, and that the kitchen remains hygienic.
You are responsible for the line and all that makes up the line,also for cooking all banquet food according to recipe specifics.
Also known as a prep cook , they are assigned a specific place in the line , such as the grill or vegetable prep station.

Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.
At all times all cooks are to ensure the highest quality food production possible for the safety and well- being of our guests who are dining with us.
A line cook is responsible for the daily set up and preparation of food items in the station(s) for each shift.
These culinary roles will be responsible for creating all of the dishes on our menu and duties will incl Line Cook, kitchen supervisor, Lead, Cook, Restaurant
Assists in preparing food products as scheduled in the cycle menu to include breakfast, lunch and dinner service and any catering or other special function
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meats, or preparings causes and many other items we specialize on from scratch)
Job Description We are on the hunt for an experienced line cook to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our standard recipes.
Although purchasing will be largely coordinated from a central standpoint, it will be the line cooks responsibility to monitor quality and freshness.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of restaurant production to include, but not limited to, all menu items supplied by outlet kitchen.
